How Merxian issues and corrects invoices
Each issued invoice keeps its number and contents. Corrections use a credit note linked to the original document.
Numbered without gaps
Invoices and credit notes each have their own series per year, and every number is used once.
Fixed once issued
An issued invoice never changes. To correct one, Merxian issues a credit note that points back to it.
PDF documents
Invoices and credit notes are rendered as PDFs for buyers and your records.
VAT details on every invoice
The invoice shows the VAT rate and amount, or a reverse charge note when VAT is not charged.
