Is there a monthly fee or a setup fee?
Neither plan has a monthly or setup fee.
Do I get the fee back when I refund a sale?
Merxian returns the percentage fee in proportion to the refund amount. The fixed transaction fee is not returned.
Who pays a chargeback?
The chargeback amount is deducted from your balance on both plans. The transaction fee is not returned.
How are fees calculated in other currencies?
The percentage fee stays the same. The fixed fee is converted from euros to the transaction currency.
What happens to my rate when I change plan?
Transactions finalized before the plan change keep their original rate. Transactions finalized after the change use the new rate.
When should I choose Enterprise?
